Cool video! I would be nervous playing guitar with Townsend, even if I was his old friend Roger Daltrey
Ah, but what you do not know is that Roger was the original guitarist for the Who. He ain’t half bad. In 1996, he was doing cool acoustic versions of Who Are You in the Quadrophenia encore that were very cool and bluesy. He’s been doing it long enough.
Prince is a badass in this video. Dude can play. Think of how good this would have been without the old lady thing on his head, and his obvious similarities with Joe Scarborough around the 9:40 mark.
